City of Harrisburg Work Plan Chart

Excellent scoop!!
This is very basic strategic plan, that says the Mayor should do A thru Z with the approval of the Receiver and Attorney or form a committee and develop a plan and ask someone else to fund it.
What has LT and her team been doing for the past few years? I have a headache after reading the plan, and I understand why the Receiver did it. Is there a grant writer on staff? And why are we giving tax abatements to anyone at this point in time? They need more codes enforcement officers because the city is going downhill fast. They also need more accounts recievable people. It should not take three weeks for a check to clear.
