ORDINANCES FOR AMENDMENT
- Bill 12-2012 - An ordinance amending Title 8, Chapter 8-511 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Harrisburg, by adding provisions defining Disruptive Properties, setting forth remedies available to the City to abate nuisances caused by Disruptive Properties, and setting forth penalties for the violation of this chapter.
- Bill 13–2012 - An Ordinance creating a new Chapter 3-371 of the Public Safety Code, entitled, “Interference with Access to Health Care Facilities,” prohibiting certain conduct, including congregating, patrolling, picketing and demonstrating in certain limited areas immediately surrounding entrances to health care facilities within the City.
- Bill 16-2012 - An ordinance to amend Title 3, Chapter 3-901.5 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Harrisburg, to broaden the category of fees recoverable for services provided by the City Bureau of Fire and to add a fee in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for extraction service to the fee schedule.

RESOLUTIONS
- Resolution 36-2012 - A Resolution approving the Fourth Proposed 2012 Budget Reallocations.
- Resolution 42-2012 - A Resolution to approve the marketing plan for the sale of the property commonly known as 28-40 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101 (the “Property”) for the maximum proceeds to a person or entity with a viable business plan that includes implementation of a redevelopment strategy for the Property by utilizing the services of a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent who is in good standing with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
- Resolution 43-2012 - A Resolution to approve the marketing plan for the sale or lease of the property commonly known as 157 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 (the “Property”) for the maximum proceeds by utilizing the services of a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent in good standing with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
- Resolution 44-2012 – A Resolution confirming the appointment of Mr. Kevin Hagerich to serve as Director of the Department of Public Works for the City of Harrisburg.
