Crime Stats for the City of Harrisburg December 10th Through December 16th
- 11 criminal mischief/ vandalism (one incident occurred during an after school fight on Bellevue Rd- a truck was damaged)
- 29 thefts (11 were thefts from motor vehicles, 2 of the thefts from motor vehicles occurred at Cranberry & River (2 different days))
- 4 robberies
- 12/12 600 Dauphin St, 1:26 AM motor vehicle
- 12/13 17th and Chestnut Sts, 5:41 PM
- 12/14 200 S 17th St, 9:56 PM
- 12/16 20th and Market Sts, 12:52 AM motor vehicle
- 12 burglaries
- 20 assaults (2 were rape of a child less than 13, 1 was propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle–this occurred at Cameron and Calder Sts. This intersection has had this type of incident in the past, including 2 last week.)
- 3 prostitution
- 2 shootings (one of these was the fatal (Myers Alley). Not included in these 2 was the shooting of the man on Cameron St on Monday. When the shooting victim was taken to the hospital, the police arrested him on a drug offense and that is how the incident appears on the city crime report.)
Notes: There was the usual reports of shots fired. Reports of juveniles fighting.
