Happy holidays and much prosperity for the City of Harrisburg in the new year!

Food Not Bombs has fed the homeless on Monday's at Market Square for a long time. They supply fruit, and hot meals, along with coffee and water. They do this with donations only,
Thanks for the addition! Are there any particulars to how someone can volunteer or donate to this cause?
Money, or even bring hot food on Monday's at 7:00 pm, Market Square. Especially during the cold weather. The food is made at area church, then moved to the Market Street location. http://www.foodnotbombs.net. Servers are needed when the weather turns the coldest.
Thank you for doing this service. There are new homeless every day, and they cannot comprehend the situation they have found themselves. It is a shock, and many are numb to the reality of what has happened to them. Others who do have a roof over their heads still cannot supply their food, so turn to churches, and other organizations, and individuals that try and meet these needs. Some have only two meals a day, so this one meal is important for survival.
Hi there,
Central PA Animal Alliance (CPAA) would also be a great organization to add to for giving to the cause. They helped out when the city was having issues with the animal control earlier this year and continue to fight for animals of the city.
A great way to give is to adopt a virtual dog, Uno, for someone as a gift. They always need help with foster homes as well. http://cpaa.info/
